⚡Faulty Item Received

If you receive a faulty product, just send us a picture of it to support@thecryptolabel.com along with your order number. If the product delivered to is found to be faulty or if it withers off in the first wash, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty product.

⚡Not delivered on time

We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our US factory depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our factory within 2-3 days of receiving it. And it takes up to 8 - 12 days by our shipping partner to make your order reach you. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.

We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.

It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :)

⚡Wrong size received

If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order. In cases like those, please contact support so that we can guide with the process of exchanges in this case.

If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment :) Just let us know with a picture of it and we'll be there to get it done for you.

⚡I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested

The orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually ship them within 48 hours of receiving the order.
